What is RTS?

RTS (Ready to Ship), is an item that is complete and ready to ship unless, personalization was requested. 

What is MTO?

MTO (Made to Order), is a tumbler we've previously made but is not readily available. Any tumbler we've made and have listened is qualified as a MTO tumbler. 

What kind of sealant is used?

I use Counter Culture DIY epoxy. If you have any allergies to this product. I do not recommend you purchase a tumbler that is created with this epoxy. Keep in mind this product is FDA compliant once it has cured for 72 hours. Please visit Counter Culture’s web page for any questions or concerns you may have regarding their product line.

Processing Time?

All custom OR made to orders (MTO) take approximately 35-40 business days.  Ready to Ship tumblers are shipped in approximately 10 business days. If personalization is added to a ready to ship the turnaround time is 15 business days. This allows for me to work on your item in no rush.  

Please note the processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Processing time is specifically the time it takes for me to work on your order. 

Shipping?

You will receive an AUTOMATED EMAIL with your tracking info. This does not mean your order has been shipped, it most likely means I've printed your label and I am preparing it for shipment. I send out packages once or twice a week. 

If you need an order quicker than the estimated timeframe, please select the *rush my order* option. This does include an additional fee. 

My item is lost, damaged, or discarded, what does this mean?  

  • If you chose USPS at checkout as your shipping service provider, you, the customer, will have to file a claim by visiting their website or clicking here. Unfortunately, once USPS has your package there is nothing I can do on my end since it is out of my control, and jurisdiction. 
  • If you chose UPS at checkout as your shipping service provider, you, the customer, will contact me via email at info@kraftykreationsxyari.com and include the order number in the subject header, with as much information as possible, including screenshots of what the tracking says on your end. I will file a claim for you, and UPS may contact to confirm details. Please make sure you include a good phone number in that email to make sure they are able to reach you if necessary. 
  • Please be aware that once your package has been scanned at either USPS and UPS and it leaves my hands, I know as much as you do when it comes to tracking information and shipping delays. What you see on your end is exactly what I see on my end. This means if you notice your tracking is saying your package is being held at a hub, not moving after it arrives to a certain city, or doing a tour around the US, you will need to contact the shipping service provider. I cannot provide any more or different insight in regards to the tracking. 

Return Policy?

Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there was a problem with your order, for example: damaged items. 

  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you.

**DISCLAIMER**

Each tumbler is HANDMADE, so no tumbler will be exactly the same. That's what makes your cup so unique and one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of the handmade item there may be minor imperfection like specs of glitter. I do my absolute best to provide my customers with a perfect tumbler, therefore each tumbler goes through an inspection process before leaving KKxY. 

Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing products you are agreeing to:

      1. Once your order has been placed, I will NOT allow any changes to be made. This prevents me from making any mistakes and delaying your order. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you emails us at 
    1. info@kraftykreationsxyari.com and include your order number at details.
    2. I do not send daily/regular order updates. I wish I could, but I do not have enough hours in the day, and try get as much work time as possible to get orders out in a timely manner. This takes time away from me being able to do that. However you may always email me at info@kraftykreationsxyari.com
    3. Custom Orders will ALWAYS take longer to complete. Please allow 35-40 business days if you’ve placed a Custom Order. Because these items are custom & handmade, I do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
